Assistant Manager - Report to Treasury Department Manager

Prerequisites:a) Minimum 10 years of Banking (Financial Institution) experience or its equivalentb) Desirable Knowledge:1. Deep knowledge / understanding in banking rules and regulations2. Deep knowledge / understanding in treasury business3. Basic knowledge / understanding in capital market4. Basic knowledge / understanding in derivative business5. Basic knowledge in financial market in general other than the above-mentioned area6. Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)7. Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties8. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures9. Ability to deal with difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations 10. Good organizational and time management skills11. Submit/deliver reports to relevant department4. Execute daily FX transactions in trader’s absence5. Provide daily operational report6. Organize ALCO committee meeting7. Assist Senior Members with developing, analyzing and finalizing deals with representatives of FIs Relationship Manager1. Build and maintain strong relationships with client financial institutions2. Identify client needs and process tailored financial solutions3. Leverage group resources to deliver comprehensive services4. Lead deal execution by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders5. Analyze market trends and develop strategic business approaches
