Assistant Manager – Research & Development (R&D)Location: Dharapuram, Tamil NaduIndustry: Food / FMCG / Coconut ProductsExperience: 5–8 YearsJob Description:Lead and manage R&D activities for new product development and product improvement.Develop and optimize food products, formulations, and processing parameters.Conduct trials, pilot-scale production, sensory evaluation, and product validation.Identify new ingredients, technologies, and processes to improve product quality and cost efficiency.Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Marketing teams for successful product commercialization.Prepare product specifications, trial reports, SOPs, and technical documentation.Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.Conduct shelf-life studies and support troubleshooting of product/process-related issues.Monitor market trends and develop innovative products based on customer and market requirements.Guide and mentor R&D team members and maintain proper laboratory and trial records.
