Assistant Manager – Resource Mobilization / Marketing

Core Purpose Contribute to fundraising and brand promotion of Akhuwat’s cause in Karachi through donor outreach, corporate partnerships, campaign support, relationship building, and visibility activities aligned with the organization’s interest-free, trust-based model.Key Responsibilities Assist in donor research, proposal drafting, and follow-up on corporate and individual fundraising leads.Support relationship management with existing and potential partners.Help organize and participate in fundraising events, networking, and field visits.Contribute to campaign execution (digital, print, community) and brand visibility efforts.Maintain accurate donor records and support CRM updates.Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks for the resource mobilization team.Preferred: BBA or MBA from Karachi-based HEC-recognized universities.Experience: a minimum of 2 Years of experience in fundraising, marketing, corporate relations, business development, or NGO/NPO sector preferred.Strong communication skills in English and Urdu; ability to present Akhuwat’s impact effectively.Commitment to social justice, poverty alleviation, and Akhuwat’s philosophy of interest-free support and trust.Note: Willingness to work from the new Regional Office in DHA, Karachi, and travel within Sindh as needed.Location: Akhuwat New Regional Office, DHA, KarachiPlease send your resume at jobs@akhuwat.org.pk not later than September 10, 2026.
