The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids' clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager – Restaurant Reservation to join Madinat JumeirahThe main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Ensure internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance meet Reservations KPIs and standards.Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue and improve operational efficiency.Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reservations activities, including audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas, and group bookings.Monitor and escalate revenue, finance, and guest experience risks, while ensuring guest complaints are resolved promptly.Keep the team updated on property information, rates, services, and selling strategies, and drive consistent operational standards.Lead, coach, and develop the Reservations team through training, performance reviews, recruitment, and continuous improvement initiatives.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Degree in Hotel Management from an accredited university; Revenue Management qualification is desirable.Advanced knowledge of PMS systems and strong computer skills.Excellent communication, customer relationship, and conflict management skills.Strong team player who is flexible, adaptable, diversity-focused, and able to manage time effectively.5–8 years of experience as a Reservations Manager or in a similar hospitality role.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
