Assistant Manager, Risk Management

TOA Paint (Thailand) PCL is seeking potential candidates for the Position: Assistant Manager, Risk Management to join us.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor, compile, and prepare quarterly risk reports for both domestic and overseas operations, including coordination with all relevant functionsTrack and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures to ensure alignment with established plansSupport the development, review, and update of BCP plans across all Business Units, including coordination with international teamsCollect and consolidate ESG-related data linked to the organisation’s risk management frameworkPrepare and analyze data for senior management presentations and decision-makingCoordinate and follow up on cross-functional risk management activities to ensure smooth, timely processes, along with other assigned tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldsTraining or certification in BCP, ISO 22301, ERM, or ESG is an advantageMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Risk Management, BCP, Audit, Compliance, ESG, or ConsultingExperience in Risk Management, project-based work or project managementKnowledge of BCP, Risk Assessment, KRI monitoring and Incident ReportingFamiliarity with COSO ERM, ISO 31000, and ESG frameworksStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and prepare management reportsAbility to coordinate across multiple countries and follow through on key tasksProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and AI toolsDetail-oriented, fast learner, and strong analytical mindsetGood command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
