With strategic investments and alliances across key sectors of the Sri Lankan economy, we continue to expand and innovate.We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented HR professional to join our Group Human Resources team and support performance excellence and employee development across the Group.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the Group-wide performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews and annual performance evaluations.Support departments in developing clear KPIs aligned with organizational and departmental objectives.Monitor the completion of performance reviews and ensure their accuracy, consistency and timely submission.Assist with performance calibration discussions and Performance Improvement Plans.Identify employee development needs through performance reviews, competency assessments and discussions with business leaders.Maintain Individual Development Plans and monitor employees’ development progress.Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare performance and employee development reports for management.Support talent reviews, succession planning and career development initiatives.Maintain accurate performance and development records through HR systems and trackers.Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a recognized professional qualification in Human Resource Management.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with practical exposure to performance management and learning and development.Sound knowledge of performance management frameworks, KPIs and employee development practices.Strong analytical, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and HR information systems.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across a diversified group of companies.What We OfferExposure to HR operations across a diversified group of companies.Opportunities for professional growth and career development.A collaborative and performance-driven working environment.An attractive remuneration package aligned with qualifications and experience.
