Assistant Manager/Senior Officer Talent Acquisition

PurposeThe Assistant Manager/Senior Officer– Talent Acquisition will support the Senior Manager – Recruitment in managing recruitment activities for Halan Microfinance Bank’s branch banking portfolio. The role will be responsible for ensuring the timely sourcing, screening and hiring of qualified candidates for branch banking positions across the Bank’s network, while maintaining recruitment quality, efficiency and adherence to defined hiring standards and timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute hiring plans to meet staffing needs across the branch network.Post job ads, screen CVs and conduct initial assessments as a part of talent sourcing process.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Ensure completion of pre-employment documentation, offer preparation and onboarding formalities.Maintain recruitment trackers and support HR reporting.Ensure a professional, candidate-friendly recruitment process aligned with the Bank's culture and values.Requirements:Minimum Bachelor’s degree (in HR preferred). Masters degree will be preferred5+ years of relevant recruitment experience preferably in the Banking/Financial Industry.Positive and customer centric attitude is a must have criteria with good interpersonal & communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
