Applicants can expect to join a growing organization that values professionalism, reliability, and long-term partnerships.Role Description The Assistant Manager Sourcing is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for supporting end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for commercial real estate projects. This role includes identifying and evaluating vendors, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services in line with project requirements and budgets. The Assistant Manager Sourcing collaborates closely with project, engineering, and finance teams to align sourcing decisions with technical specifications, cost targets, and timelines. Daily responsibilities involve managing purchase orders, monitoring vendor performance, resolving supply issues, and maintaining accurate sourcing records and reports. The role also contributes to cost optimization initiatives, market research on suppliers and materials, and adherence to organizational procurement policies and ethical standards.Qualifications Strong skills in vendor sourcing, supplier evaluation, and vendor relationship management.Capabilities in procurement planning, purchase order management, and cost negotiation.Experience in contract management, including terms review, compliance, and documentation.Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of MS Excel or procurement-related software tools.Knowledge of commercial real estate, construction materials, or infrastructure-related supply chains.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., in supply chain or procurement) is an advantage.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Demonstrated attention to detail, integrity in handling commercial information, and a focus on timelines and quality.Prior experience in sourcing or procurement within real estate, infrastructure, or construction sectors is preferred.
