About the Role

Structured as a Pre-MBA Internship in Strategy, the role is designed for sharp early-career talent preparing for a top-tier MBA, offering direct exposure to CEO across two interlocking mandates: strategy & analytics, and PMO of CEO priority projects.Fixed tenure: 12 months. Strong performers will receive MBA application support - recommendations and access to the Croma network.What You Will Do:Strategy & Analytics (~70%): Build dashboards and review packs tracking key business metrics; conduct deep-dive analyses on process metrics; conduct structured benchmarking and sizingDrive Transformation on Priority Projects (~30%): Own program management of high priority cross-functional initiatives – spanning across growth, profitability, transformation, and customer experience; define charters, milestones, RACI, and review cadences; track execution, flag slippages, and unblock dependencies across various functionsWhat are we Looking For:Must-haveBachelor’s degree (Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Maths, or related)Strong first principles thinking, structured problem solvingWorking knowledge of Excel, SQL and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)Excellent communication skillsHigh ownership and intent to learnMandatory: Valid GMAT or GRE score reflecting intent to pursue a top-tier MBA post-engagement.
