This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination to ensure timely availability of materials. The position involves monitoring stock levels, analyzing consumption patterns, and optimizing reorder points to reduce shortages and excess inventory. The Assistant Manager Supply Chain will collaborate closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to align supply with operational requirements and customer commitments. The role also includes maintaining accurate data in ERP systems, preparing regular reports and dashboards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes and cost efficiency.Qualifications Strong skills in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills for forecasting, data analysis, and decision-making.Experience in Supply Management and Procurement to manage vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure timely material sourcing.Proficiency in Inventory Management to control stock levels, track material movement, and optimize warehouse operations.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Hands-on experience with ERP or supply chain management systems and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.Experience in automotive, EV and Electronics.
