Are you a strategic Talent Acquisition professional who knows how to find, attract, and secure the right talent?Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy partnering with business leaders, and believe that great recruitment goes beyond filling vacancies?Mai Dubai is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & Onboarding to join our HR team and play a key role in building the talent pipeline that supports our ambitious growth journey.As part of this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization, partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of corporate, commercial, technical, and operational positions.Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and translate business needs into effective talent acquisition strategies.Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, direct search, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, employee referrals, agencies, and other channels.Drive high-volume recruitment efficiently while maintaining quality of hire and a positive candidate experience.Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessments, selection, offer management, and pre-employment requirements.Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Lead and continuously improve the new-joiner onboarding experience, ensuring employees are effectively integrated into the organization.Support and strengthen employer branding initiatives to position Mai Dubai as an employer of choice.Build talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill positions and maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates.Monitor and report on key Talent Acquisition KPIs, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, recruitment funnel conversion, offer acceptance, and quality of hire.Develop recruitment dashboards and use data and market insights to identify trends, improve recruitment effectiveness, and support workforce decisions.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners, ensuring quality, cost effectiveness, and service delivery.Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment policies, processes, tools, and systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.5–7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or another high-volume environment.Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and organizational levels.Strong sourcing and headhunting capability, with demonstrated experience in identifying and attracting passive talent.Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver recruitment solutions aligned with business requirements.Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, talent pipelines, and data-driven recruitment practices.Hands-on experience with ATS / HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive mindset with a strong focus on quality of hire, candidate experience, and delivery.Why Join Mai Dubai?At Mai Dubai, our people are at the heart of our growth.You will join a forward-looking organization undergoing an exciting transformation and expansion journey, with the opportunity to make a visible impact on how we attract, develop, and retain talent.If you are ready to take your Talent Acquisition career to the next level and help shape the workforce behind one of the UAE's leading beverage companies, we would love to hear from you.Join us.
