Apply & track with Apply EdgeAssistant Manager – Talent Acquisition Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Saudi Nationals OnlyGMG is looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to support the delivery of high-quality recruitment across our business in KSA.In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, partner closely with business stakeholders, and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire the right talent at the right time.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement recruitment and sourcing strategies aligned with business needs, workforce plans, and talent gaps.• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and deliver timely recruitment solutions.• Drive creative sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and other relevant channels.• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, vendors, and external talent networks.• Ensure recruitment processes, candidate assessments, offers, and employment contracts are aligned with GMG policies and market benchmarks.• Monitor recruitment performance, open vacancies, sourcing channels, cost, quality of hire, and time-to-fill metrics.• Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience through practical and innovative solutions.• Support and guide the recruitment team in applying effective screening tools, interview methodologies, and selection practices.• Promote GMG’s employer value proposition and strengthen its position as an employer of choice.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.• Knowledge of sourcing tools, interview techniques, and candidate assessment methods.• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.If you are passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities and driving recruitment excellence, we would love to hear from you.
