Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Role DescriptionWe are looking for Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition with 3-5 yrs experience to join our team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role. Ideal candidate will be having +3 yrs of IT recruitment experience, specifically for #manufacturing sector.ResponsibilitiesManage full recruitment life cycle for IT positions: sourcing, screening, interview and facilitating offers.Willingness to understanding technical JDs for correct job posting.Comfortable with using digital platform and tools. A learner’s mindset is necessary (willingness to leverage AI tools & platforms)Stakeholder management: engage with external customer and internal hiring managers to understand JD, provide updates and to organize interview rounds. Skills & Experience+3 years of full-life cycle Recruiting and Hiring experience for IT/Technology roles.Proven hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, with strong sourcing and candidate handling skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently (very important).Expertise in leveraging hiring platforms - especially LinkedInDemonstrated success using regional job boards and local network.Foreign language skills will be a plus Years of Job Experience3-5 years of demonstrable and proven work experience as IT Recruiter. QualificationsEngineering background is highly preferred.MBA HR or any Bachelor’s Degree with strong and relevant HR experience.Company DescriptionOssisto Global Tech Pvt Ltd. is a technology services company delivering end-to-end digital transformation solutions.
