Assistant Manager, Treasury Product Development

ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end process of the product development cycle for new and variation of existing structured productsDevelop and lodge product disclosure documents with Securities Commission MalaysiaCoordinate with relevant Business Units and stakeholders to ensure operational and system readiness for effective rollout of treasury products to the target marketDevelop marketing and communications materials to support product launches and sales initiativesConduct post-product launching evaluationsRequirementsA recognised Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Law related disciplines with minimum 4 years of related working experience, preferably in Treasury Product Development, Treasury Middle Office or Treasury complianceGood working knowledge of Bank Negara Malaysia/Securities Commission’s regulatory requirementsQualifications in Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia Certificate (PKMC) and/or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) would be an added advantageStrong verbal and written communication skillsPossess strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills
