With more than 150 years of experience and with a presence in 80+ countries, Hamptons International offers unrivaled expertise and services in Residential/ Commercial Sales and Leasing, Property Management and Valuations and Research, and management of new off-plan project launches.About the FunctionThe Assistant Manager of Valuations & Research (V&R) will be responsible for assisting the department manager in developing and growing the division within the UAE through business development and meeting new and existing clients.Reporting to the V&R Manager – the Assistant Manager will play an important role in helping the Company and the V&R Dept achieve its mission, vision, values, and strategic profit objectives.The incumbent will be responsible for mentoring & coaching team members and ensuring that client deliverables are met as per agreed deadlines and in accordance with all department standards.ResponsibilitiesTo be successful, the incumbent must develop a collaborative team work ethic with the V&R Manager and the other team members.Other accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Act in full cooperation with the department manager - Accepting responsibility for delegated duties as and when requestedEnsure best practice is maintained and that all work is completed in accordance with the departments given procedural/compliance/reporting standardsHelp achieve the department’s monthly and yearly revenue targetsEnsure client deliverables are met and are delivered within agreed deadlinesRegularly interact and follow up with clients and assist in the development of new business for the department – In conjunction with V&R ManagerHelp train, mentor and supervise team members at all timesWhat will you need to succeed?Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Business Administration; property specialization preferred.AssocRICS or MRICS designation is a mustUnderstanding of all requisite industry standards and best practices and a full appreciation of their application e.g., RICS RedbookKnowledge on Argus valuation software and ReidinRelevant UAE work experienceWe will offer you:A place to grow your careerCompetitive salary package and family benefitsPremium medical health insuranceAnnual Air Ticket AllowanceEmaar employee benefits.
