We're Hiring | Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEIndustry: B2B Conferences & ExhibitionsSalary : 5,000 to 7,000 depending on experienceGreat Minds Events Management is looking for a passionate and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team.If you have experience in B2B conferences, exhibitions, or event marketing and enjoy delivering high-impact marketing campaigns, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for international conferences and exhibitions.Drive delegate registrations through email marketing, digital marketing, social media, and strategic partnerships.Coordinate with Sales, Production, Design, and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.Manage event websites, content updates, and campaign performance.Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to execute targeted campaigns.Monitor campaign KPIs and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.Support media partnerships, speaker promotions, and event branding initiatives. Preferred Skills & Experience2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the B2B events, exhibitions, or conference industry.Strong understanding of marketing, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. What We OfferOpportunity to work on leading international conferences across multiple industries.A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Career development and exposure to global marketing campaigns.Competitive salary based on experience.If you are  passionate about event marketing and want to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team, we would love to hear from you.Apply by sending your CV to suhail@gmevents.ae or apply directly through LinkedIn.
