We are fast-moving and always evolving to drive our purpose of making travel better.Join our family today.Together, we'll make travel better.Job OverviewLead and manage the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing and communications activities across PPG’s KSA portfolio, with particular ownership of Jeddah and assigned local market initiatives. Working under the strategic direction of the Marketing Manager – KSA, the role is expected to drive campaign execution, coordinate stakeholders, manage agencies and suppliers, and ensure marketing activities are delivered effectively, on time, within budget, and in alignment with PPG’s brand and commercial objectives.The role will also act as a key local marketing contact for operational teams and business stakeholders, proactively identifying marketing needs, resolving executional issues, and recommending opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial performance.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns and local marketing initiatives across assigned KSA markets, from briefing and planning through implementation, optimization, and reporting.Translate approved marketing strategies and business priorities into clear campaign plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and execution requirements.Manage local marketing activities in Jeddah and other assigned locations, ensuring timely coordination with airport, lounge, commercial, operational, and external stakeholders.Lead the execution of 360° campaigns across digital, social media, PR, partnerships, promotions, activations, events, and on-ground communications.Manage the development, adaptation, production, and implementation of campaign collateral, POSM, signage, digital assets, promotional materials, and other branded touchpoints.Manage day-to-day relationships with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Commercial, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and senior management, ensuring alignment, approvals, and timely delivery.Manage external agencies, creative partners, PR partners, media partners, suppliers, production vendors, and other third parties, ensuring quality, cost effectiveness, and delivery against agreed timelines.Lead local marketing execution for new openings, launches, major activations, events, partnerships, and commercial campaigns.Coordinate and oversee PR, media, influencer, partnership, photography, video, and event activities in line with approved plans.Monitor campaign performance, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and supplier commitments, proactively identifying risks or delays and taking corrective action where required.Track marketing spend and support budget management, quotations, purchase requests, invoices, and supplier payments in coordination with Finance and Procurement.Ensure all marketing activities, communications, and customer-facing materials comply with PPG brand standards and local market requirements.Analyze campaign results, market feedback, media performance, and customer response, and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and commercial impact.Monitor competitor activity, consumer behavior, aviation and hospitality trends, and relevant local market developments, identifying opportunities for PPG.Support the Marketing Manager – KSA in developing annual and quarterly marketing plans, campaign calendars, budget planning, and management reporting.Act as a key point of contact for local marketing matters in Jeddah, providing timely recommendations and escalating strategic or high-impact matters to the Marketing Manager – KSA when required.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.4–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, tourism, aviation, F&B, retail, or lifestyle sectors.Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning and briefing through execution, optimization, and reporting.Ability to manage day-to-day marketing activities and multiple stakeholders with limited supervision.Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior internal stakeholders, operational teams, commercial teams, and external partners.Proven experience managing agencies, suppliers, creative partners, media partners, and production vendors.Good understanding of brand management, digital marketing, PR, content, social media, partnerships, activations, and customer experience.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect marketing activities with business objectives and customer outcomes.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Good knowledge of the KSA market, local consumer landscape, and cultural considerations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant marketing, digital, and reporting platforms.Proactive, hands-on, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of local marketing execution.Willingness to travel within KSA when required.
