Oxygen Home Health Care is committed to compassionate, patient-centered services that promote comfort, dignity, and peace of mind for individuals and their families.Job Description:Provide safe, professional, and patient-centered nursing care in a homecare setting.Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal preparation.Administer medications as prescribed and monitor vital signs and overall patient condition.Provide appropriate care and support based on individual patient needs and care plans.Collaborate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, nursing documentation, and care reports.Provide appropriate emotional support and professional companionship to patients and their families.Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients.Follow all clinical procedures, infection control standards, and homecare policies.Report any changes in the patient's condition promptly to the relevant healthcare professionals.Qualifications:Valid DHA license or eligibility as an Assistant Nurse, with recognized nursing certification or diploma.Experience in home healthcare, elderly care, post-operative care, or maternal and child health is highly beneficial.Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, vital sign monitoring, medication assistance as per scope, and infection control practices.Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support diverse cultural and family needs.Effective communication skills in English; additional basic Arabic language skills are an advantage.Ability to work independently in home settings, manage time efficiently, and adapt to varying patient environments.Commitment to confidentiality, professional ethics, and compliance with DHA and organizational policies.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, based on patient needs.Benefits:Competitive salary.Medical insurance.UAE residence visa provided.Training and professional development opportunities.No recruitment or hiring fees.Qualified candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their CV for consideration.
