Job ResponsibilitiesRate & Contract Management: Ensure valid and competitive rates with carriers,and circulate rate details within the company networkRFQ Execution: Support Trade Manager to complete Ocean RFQs by o􀆯eringcompetitive pricing and relevant structural details to fulfil bidding requirementsDaily Queries Follow-up: Handle daily rate queries, resolve space constraints andaddress operational disputes with ocean carriersBusiness Award Management: Prepare contract details of sell & buy rates andcarrier allocation after finalizing rates and space allocation with ocean carriers uponbusiness awardsCustomer Performance Tracking: Support Trade Manager to monitor key accountvolume commitment by lifting performance reportsCarrier Performance Management: Work with Trade Manager to prepare meetingmaterials for carrier review meetings Qualifications and RequirementsDegree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplinesAt least 5 years working experience in international freight forwarding companies,preferably on ocean procurement or pricingExperience on Intra-Asia, Asia-ISC, Asia-ME/RS, Asia-Africa, TPEB or EUWB is a plusCandidates with less solid and relevant experience will be considered as O􀆯icerGood command on written and spoken both English and Chinese (Cantonese &Mandarin)Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applicationsEEO StatementDP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
