Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE | Al Rais Rent A CarWe are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maximise fleet utilisation, and support the achievement of the company’s revenue, cost and profitability targets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily rental operations, vehicle allocation, deliveries and collections.Improve fleet utilisation and minimise vehicle downtime through timely maintenance and repairs.Supervise the operations team and ensure efficient workflows and excellent customer service.Monitor operating costs, resolve daily issues and drive operational improvements.Implement SOPs, ensure compliance and track performance against company targets.RequirementsPrevious supervisory or management experience in UAE car rental operations.Strong knowledge of fleet management and rental processes.Good leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
