🍽️ WE ARE HIRING | ASSISTANT OUTLET MANAGER 📍 Location: Singapore💰 Salary: SGD 4,500 – 4,800 per month📌 Eligibility: Singapore Citizens/PRs & EP candidates onlyAre you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for fine dining, luxury service and exceptional guest experiences?We are looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join a renowned fine-dining restaurant in Singapore.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead the dining room team in delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences aligned with luxury and Michelin-star standards.Drive service excellence through attention to detail, anticipation of guest needs and effective service recovery.Maintain LQA standards, Accor luxury service culture and restaurant service rituals.Build strong relationships with returning guests, VIPs and loyalty members.Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, staffing deployment, service flow and outlet readiness.Work closely with the Culinary and Sommelier teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety and operational excellence.Conduct daily briefings, coaching and ongoing service training.Monitor labour productivity, operating costs and revenue performance.Support upselling, menu engineering and guest engagement initiatives to maximize profitability.Analyze guest feedback and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.🔹 RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in fine dining, luxury restaurants or upscale hotels.Prior experience in a Michelin-starred, award-winning or luxury hospitality environment is highly preferred.Strong passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service.Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.Commercially aware with an understanding of operational and financial performance.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Self-motivated, adaptable and committed to continuous learning.✨ If you have a strong fine-dining background and are ready to take the next step in your hospitality career, we would love to hear from you!📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV to nahomi.chen@heyrocket.com via DM or apply directly.
