About the JobAs an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the overall management and daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring optimal performance across all areas. You will assist in achieving departmental targets while maintaining the highest standards of guest service, quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency, in line with established policies and procedures.About YouDiploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage, with experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.Previous experience in an Italian restaurant or Italian dining concept is highly desirable.Experience within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment is an advantage.Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, food and beverage service, and restaurant operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Commercially aware with a good understanding of restaurant revenue and cost management.Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages is an advantage.Shape Your Career with Yas Plaza Hotels by IHGAt Yas Plaza Hotels, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
