The current portfolio comprises of 5 concepts including The Duck Hook, Hillhouse Brasserie, The Bolt Hole, Trattoria and The Noodle House.About the Job:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join the pre-opening team of our new concept.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Support the day-to-day management of outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with established procedures.Deliver memorable guest experiences by engaging with guests, addressing feedback, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.Assist in managing financial performance, including inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and revenue optimization initiatives.Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, performance support, and effective workforce planning to maintain a high-performing teamMaintain the highest standards of cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene, and brand presentation across all areas of the outlet.Collaborate with management to drive business objectives, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management and/or a Health & Safety certification is considered an advantage.3–5 years of experience within the hospitality or food & beverage industry, preferably in luxury hospitality environments.Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling procedures, inventory management, and cost control.Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.About the BenefitsAt Sarood Hospitality, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
