This role supports the lead preschool teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. Daily responsibilities include assisting with lesson delivery, preparing classroom materials, guiding children through learning activities and play, and supporting social and emotional development. The Assistant Preschool Teacher helps maintain classroom organization, supervises students during indoor and outdoor activities, and supports daily routines such as snack time, hygiene, and transitions. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, communicating with families as needed, and contributing to school events and programs.QualificationsStrong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working with preschool or Kindergarten-age children.Ability to support Lesson Planning and assist in age-appropriate Curriculum Development for early learners.Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with children, families, and colleagues.Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach, with an emphasis on safety, inclusion, and positive behavior guidance.Organizational skills to help manage classroom materials, routines, and documentation of student progress.Certificate, diploma, or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred; relevant teaching assistant experience is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
