The team values collaboration, creativity, and strong relationships with families to support each child’s unique learning journey.Role Description The Assistant Preschool Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Hlaing. This role supports lead teachers in delivering play-based learning activities, preparing classroom materials, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Daily responsibilities include assisting with lesson implementation, guiding children through routines, supervising indoor and outdoor play, and helping manage classroom behavior in a positive and respectful manner. The Assistant Preschool Teacher will also support communication with families, help document children’s progress, and collaborate with the teaching team to create engaging experiences for children.QualificationsCommunication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with young children.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow classroom routines and safety guidelines.Relevant training or certification in early childhood education is preferred.
