Location: GurgaonKey ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement of mechanical & electrical equipment and materials for WTP projects.Prepare and float RFQs and evaluate vendor quotationsPrepare Techno-Commercial Comparative StatementsReview BOQs, datasheets, specifications and technical drawingsIdentify, evaluate and develop qualified vendors/OEMsConduct commercial negotiations and vendor performance evaluationsPrepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure compliance with contractual termsCoordinate with Engineering, Finance, Logistics and Site teamsSupport Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and vendor drawing/document approvalsEnsure timely delivery of materials as per project schedulesMaintain vendor database, pricing, lead-time and procurement records
