You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and optimize costs to ensure a seamless supply chain. This is an opportunity to shape procurement best practices in a dynamic, competitive environment.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success and be part of a dynamic team in a competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies and policies for cost optimization and supply chain efficiencyIdentify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and ethical standardsNegotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and mutually beneficial agreementsManage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, issue resolution, and long-term partnership buildingConduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and pricing fluctuationsMonitor inventory levels, analyze demand patterns, and implement inventory management strategiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement with organizational goalsImplement procurement systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiencyAnalyze and present procurement reports, performance metrics, and cost-saving opportunities to managementEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote ethical and sustainable sourcing practicesDevelop procurement metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvementManage Admin, HR, IT, and Marketing spendsPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering or a related field.4 + years in procurement/purchasing in a fast-paced, competitive environment in the Indian market.In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, strategies and best practices.Strong skills in budgeting, cost optimisation and negotiation techniques.An analytical mind with good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.Knowledge of local and national laws and regulations related to procurement.Willingness to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.Knowledge of Admin , HR, IT , Marketing Spends.Note: This is a strategic sourcing role with some previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
