While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.Key ResponsibilitiesLead procurement activities for General Supply, Operation and Packaging categories, excluding raw materialsOversee procurement related to General Supply, maintenance projects and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), including spare parts, equipment, and servicesDevelop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performanceIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable termsCollaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams to support business requirementsManage supplier relationships and monitor performance (quality, delivery, cost)Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processesEnsure compliance with company policies and procurement proceduresAnalyze procurement data and prepare reports for management decision-makingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement,Strong negotiation and supplier management skillsExperience in procurement for General Supply, maintenance projects / operational support will be an advantageGood understanding of sourcing strategies and cost optimizationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentGood command of EnglishTOA PAINT (THAILAND) PCL.
