For more information about CME, please join our website: http://cmenergy.vn/Main Responsibilities:Procurement StrategyAssist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and analyze market trends. 2. Supplier ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve optimal value for the organization.Evaluate supplier performance regularly and resolve disputes or issues as needed. 3. Purchasing OperationsManage day-to-day procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and align with project timelines. 4. Cost ManagementAnalyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings.Ensure procurement activities stay within budgetary constraints. 5. Compliance and DocumentationEnsure adherence to company procurement policies and legal regulations.Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier interactions.Support audits and provide necessary documentation when required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.4-6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.Proven experience in managing procurement activities for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or construction projects.Hands-on experience in managing procurement teams and contract management.Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.Why join us:Competitive salary package, aligned with candidate qualifications and experience.Annual performance bonus based on individual and company results.Laptop provisionAnnual internal activities: birthday party per month, company trip, health check, year-end party, etc.Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
