Assistant Producer Spa & Recreation

At Paramount Hotel Midtown, every experience has a story—and our Spa & Recreation team plays a key role in making every guest feel part of it.We are looking for an Assistant Producer – Spa & Recreation (Assistant Spa Manager) to support the Director in driving the performance, guest experience and commercial success of the department.What you’ll be doing:

• Support the leadership and day-to-day operation of Spa & Recreation
• Drive revenue, maximise profitability and support budget achievement
• Lead, coach and develop the Spa & Recreation Cast
• Coordinate training, duty schedules, performance reviews and team meetings
• Ensure consistently exceptional guest experiences and service standards
• Support innovative spa experiences, promotions and value-added services
• Stay ahead of the latest spa, wellness and recreation trends
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and licensing requirements
• Build strong guest relationships and confidently handle guest feedback and complaints
• Work closely with the team to maintain operational excellence, including maintenance and service standardsWhat we’re looking for:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or resort
• Experience working within a culturally diverse environment
• Hospitality, Leisure or Tourism qualification at degree level
• Certified Beautician and Masseur
• Health & Safety certification
• ITEC certification and/or Bachelor’s Degree would be an advantage
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and guest-service mindset
