In this role, the individual will deliver lectures, facilitate classroom discussions, mentor learners, and support academic projects in relevant management disciplines. The position also involves designing and updating course content, assessing learner performance, and contributing to research and academic publications. As Accreditation Officer, the individual will coordinate accreditation activities, maintain compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies, prepare documentation and reports, and support continuous improvement of academic quality and standards. The role requires active participation in institutional committees, collaboration with faculty and administrative teams, and engagement in outreach and industry interface initiatives.Qualifications Strong academic background in Management or related fields, with a minimum of a Master’s degree (Ph.D. or progress toward Ph.D. preferred).Experience in teaching at the postgraduate level, with the ability to design curricula, deliver interactive sessions, and evaluate learner performance effectively.Knowledge of accreditation processes, regulatory requirements (e.g., AICTE and related bodies), and academic quality assurance frameworks.Proficiency in research methods, academic writing, and publication in recognized journals or conferences.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.Strong organizational and documentation skills for managing accreditation records, reports, and timelines.Comfort with educational technologies, learning management systems, and digital tools used in modern teaching and assessment.Demonstrated commitment to learner-centered teaching, ethical practices, and continuous professional development.Prior experience in academic administration, accreditation coordination, or institutional quality initiatives will be an advantage.
