The campus in Punjab provides an environment that combines academic rigor with hands-on, career-oriented learning.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Rupnagar campus for Assistant Professors and Trainers in CSE/IT, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and AI/ML with strong trainer aptitude and relevant experience. The role involves planning and delivering lectures, labs, and training sessions, designing course materials and assessments, and guiding learners through practical projects and industry-focused assignments. Responsibilities include mentoring learners, supervising internships or capstone projects, and supporting skill development aligned with current industry standards. The position also entails collaborating with academic and industry partners to update curricula, participating in academic administration, and contributing to departmental initiatives and outreach. Engagement in continuous learning, certifications, and professional development to keep pace with evolving technologies is expected.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science / IT domains such as Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and AI/ML, with the ability to teach core concepts and advanced topics.Demonstrated trainer aptitude, including experience in classroom teaching, technical training, workshops, or corporate upskilling programs.Experience with practical tools and platforms used in Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and AI/ML (e.g., Python/R, machine learning frameworks, security tools, databases, cloud platforms).Ability to design outcome-based curricula, lab sessions, assignments, and projects that emphasize hands-on learning and industry relevance.Excellent communication, presentation, and learner-engagement skills, with a collaborative approach to working with faculty, industry partners, and administrators.Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, or a closely related discipline; Ph.D. or progress toward a Ph.D. is an advantage.Relevant certifications (e.g., in cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud, or AI/ML) and prior experience in academia or industry-based training will be considered beneficial.Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and supporting a diverse learner community.
