Position - Assistant Professor / Associate Professor – CSEInstitution - NET’s - Navodaya Institute of TechnologyDepartment - Computer Science and EngineeringLocation - Raichur KarnatakaKey ResponsibilitiesTeach undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students in core and emerging areas of CSEHandle theory classes, laboratory sessions, tutorials, and project guidancePrepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, question papers, and evaluation reportsGuide students in internships, mini projects, major projects, and research activitiesParticipate in curriculum development, Outcome-Based Education (OBE), NBA/NAAC accreditation activities, and academic administrationConduct research, publish papers in reputed journals/conferences, and contribute to consultancy/funded projectsOrganize and participate in FDPs, workshops, seminars, hackathons, conferences, and placement activitiesMentor students for academic performance, technical skills, and career developmentCollaborate with industries and institutions for internships, placements, MoUs, and innovation initiativesSupport departmental and institutional responsibilities assigned by the HOD/ManagementExperienceAssistant Professor: 0–5 years of teaching/research/industry experienceAssociate Professor: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience with research publications and academic contributionsEducational QualificationB.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in relevant specialization with First Class in either UG or PGPh.D. in relevant discipline is mandatory for Associate Professor and preferred for Assistant ProfessorQualifications and experience should be as per AICTE norms for Engineering & Technology institutionsPreferred ProfileCandidates with research publications, patents, funded projects, consultancy, or industry exposure will be preferredExperience in NBA/NAAC documentation and academic coordination is an added advantage
