initiatives.Qualifications & RequirementsEducational QualificationsApplicants should possess qualifications as per AICTE/UGC and affiliating university norms.Engineering Departments (CE, EE, CSE, ME)B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in the relevant discipline with First Class or equivalent.Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is highly desirable and will be preferred.Candidates pursuing doctoral research with a strong academic profile may also apply.Basic SciencesApplicants should possess:Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or relevant discipline with consistently good academic records.Ph.D. in the relevant subject is preferred.HumanitiesApplicants should possess:Master's degree in English, Communication Skills, or relevant Humanities discipline.Ph.D. and research experience are desirable.Teaching ExperienceFresh Ph.D. graduates with excellent academic credentials are encouraged to apply.Candidates with prior teaching experience in AICTE-approved institutions will be preferred.Ability to effectively teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses.Experience with outcome-based education (OBE), NBA, or NAAC processes will be considered an advantage.Research
