🚨 WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT PROFESSOR – BA GENERAL & BA PUNJABI | PW DIGITAL UNIVERSITY 🚨We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Professor to join our academic team for the BA General & BA Punjabi programmes.🎓 Role: Assistant Professor – BA General & BA Punjabi📚 Programmes: BA General & BA Punjabi📍 Location: Patiala, Punjab💻 Work Mode: WFH for initial 1–2 months, followed by relocation to Patiala━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━🔹 ELIGIBILITY• Candidates with BA & MA in Punjabi (Honours/Relevant Discipline) OR BA & MA in General disciplines with strong proficiency in Punjabi.• Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory – candidates must be able to read, write and speak Punjabi fluently.• Ph.D. or UGC-NET/SLET/SET qualification in Punjabi/relevant discipline.• Candidates must meet applicable UGC eligibility norms.• Candidate must be a resident of Punjab.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━🔹 EXPERIENCE – MANDATORY• University-level teaching experience is mandatory.• Relevant teaching experience in Punjabi / Humanities / General Education.• Candidates with experience in an Online/Digital University will be highly preferred.• Experience in curriculum development, academic content creation and LMS-based teaching will be an added advantage.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop and review curriculum, SLMs, e-content, assessments & academic resources.• Conduct live online classes and provide academic support to learners.• Coordinate course delivery through LMS and monitor learner engagement.• Contribute to curriculum design, assessments and academic quality initiatives.• Ensure academic content quality, originality and compliance with applicable UGC requirements.• Collaborate with academic and faculty teams to enhance course delivery.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━📌 IMPORTANTCandidates must be willing to work from home for the initial 1–2 months and relocate to Patiala thereafter.Punjab residency and fluency in Punjabi (reading, writing & speaking) are mandatory.📩 Interested candidates can apply here or can share their updated CV at:priya.bhalla@pw.live👉 Know someone who would be a great fit?
