Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing instructional materials, evaluating student performance through assignments and examinations, and providing academic mentoring. The role also involves participating in curriculum development, engaging in academic research or scholarly activities, contributing to departmental meetings, and supporting student outreach and professional skills training. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana, requiring regular presence on campus and active participation in college events and committees.QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of pharmacy subjects (such as pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmacognosy, pharmaceutical chemistry) and the ability to teach them effectively.Strong teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centered approach and the ability to support diverse student needs.Competence in academic assessment, including designing examinations, evaluating assignments, and providing constructive feedback.Ability to engage in academic research, scholarly writing, and professional development activities relevant to pharmacy education.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative working style for departmental and institutional initiatives.Proficiency with basic educational technology, learning management systems, and standard office software used in academic settings.Minimum qualification: a postgraduate degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.Eligibility as per relevant regulatory and accreditation bodies (where applicable), and prior teaching or academic experience is preferred.
