By collaborating with and complementing the existing ecosystem, CTPL delivers value at a lower cost and provides a holistic experience from digital admissions to fully digital campuses.Role Description :The Assistant Professor in Computer Science subject will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, designing and updating course curricula, and preparing lesson plans and learning materials aligned with CTPL’s digital education vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting lectures and tutorials, mentoring and advising learners, assessing student performance through assignments and examinations, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role also involves participating in academic research or applied projects, contributing to the development of digital and blended learning content, and collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methodologies and program outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring regular presence on campus and active engagement with students and stakeholders.Qualifications: Strong teaching and instructional skills, including experience in lesson planning, classroom delivery, and student assessment.Ability to develop and update curriculum, with an understanding of digital pedagogy, e-learning tools, and blended learning practices.Research aptitude, including academic or applied research experience, publication potential, and familiarity with research methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and collaborate effectively with academic and industry partners.Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution; higher qualifications and prior teaching experience are an advantage.Freshers are welcomed to apply for this role.Comfort working with education technologies, learning management systems, and data-driven approaches to improve teaching and learning outcomes.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, learner-centered education and continuous professional development.
