Position: Assistant Professor Location: Meerut, Uttar PradeshEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Assistant Professor to teach undergraduate BCA students and contribute to academic development, practical learning, and student mentoring.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions for BCA courses.Prepare course plans, teaching materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.Conduct and evaluate internal examinations, assignments, and practical work.Mentor students and provide academic guidance and support.Incorporate industry-relevant tools, technologies, and applications into teaching.Guide students in academic projects, presentations, and practical activities.Participate in departmental activities, workshops, seminars, and institutional events.Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and continuous improvement.Maintain academic records and comply with institutional policies and procedures.Preferred Areas of Expertise:Programming & Data StructuresDatabase Management SystemsWeb DevelopmentPython / Java / C / C++Computer NetworksOperating SystemsSoftware EngineeringCloud Computing / AI / Machine LearningData AnalyticsQualifications:Master’s degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science / IT or a relevant discipline.Ph.D. will be an added advantage.Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.Practical knowledge of current technologies and programming tools.Key Competencies:Strong subject knowledgeEffective teaching and communicationStudent mentoringPractical and application-oriented approachUse of technology in teachingTeamwork and academic collaboration
