The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in the field of management, designing and updating curriculum, conducting scholarly research, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall development of the academic department. The role also includes participating in departmental meetings, collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, and engaging in community service activities.Qualifications, Skills and CompetenciesPh.D. in FinTech is a mustAt least TWO Scopus-indexed publicationsStrong teaching skills in management-related subjectsProficiency in data analytics, visualization tools, and basic programming languages like Python and RMastery of corporate finance, banking infrastructure, and wealth management principlesUnderstanding of digital compliance, cybersecurity fundamentals, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and KYC protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in academic administration and involvement in professional organizations is a plus
