The candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, mentoring learners, contributing to research, and supporting departmental academic initiatives. Candidates must possess M.Sc. in Computer Science and have NET / SLET completed.Key Responsibilities Academic ResponsibilitiesTeach Computer Science subjects for UG/PG programs as per university curriculum.Deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and practical training.Prepare lesson plans, course files, teaching materials, and assessments.Use innovative and technology-enabled teaching methodologies.Student DevelopmentMentor students academically and professionally.Guide students in mini projects, major projects, seminars, and technical presentations.Support placement readiness through skill enhancement initiatives.Research & DevelopmentParticipate in research activities, paper publications, FDPs, workshops, and conferences.Contribute to curriculum development and academic quality initiatives.Encourage students to participate in hackathons, coding events, and innovation programs.Administrative ResponsibilitiesParticipate in departmental meetings, timetable planning, and institutional committees.Support NAAC/NBA accreditation processes and documentation.Assist in organizing seminars, guest lectures, and academic events.Eligibility CriteriaMandatory: M.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized university.NET / SLET qualified.Prior teaching experience in higher education institutions preferred.Experience in NAAC accredited institutions will be an added advantage.Preferred Subject ExpertiseProgramming Languages (C, C++, Java, Python)Data Structures & AlgorithmsDatabase Management SystemsOperating SystemsComputer NetworksWeb TechnologiesArtificial Intelligence / Data Science (preferred)Skills RequiredStrong communication and presentation skills.Good classroom and lab management.Student-focused teaching approach.Technical proficiency and research orientation.Team player with academic professionalism.Skills: technology,teaching,research,computer science,higher education
