The institution aspires to be among India’s finest providers of technical education, especially in emerging and futuristic technologies.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Professor role in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Department, based in Bhopal. The Assistant Professor will design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses, prepare lectures and learning materials, and conduct regular classroom and laboratory sessions. Responsibilities include mentoring and advising students, supervising projects, evaluating academic performance, and maintaining accurate records of assessments. The role involves engaging in research or scholarly activities, contributing to curriculum development aligned with industry needs, and participating in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional events. The Assistant Professor is also expected to support accreditation processes, collaborate with colleagues on academic initiatives, and uphold high standards of professional conduct and academic integrity.Qualifications Postgraduate degree (M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or equivalent) in Computer Science and Engineering or related discipline from a recognized institution; Ph.D. in a relevant area is preferred.Strong foundation in core CSE subjects such as data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer networks, databases, and software engineering.Ability to effectively design syllabi, prepare teaching materials, and use appropriate pedagogical methods, including industry-oriented and outcome-based education practices.Competence in using digital tools and learning management systems for teaching, assessment, and student engagement.Demonstrated skills in classroom management, student mentoring, and academic counseling in a diverse and inclusive environment.Interest or experience in research, publications, or innovative projects in emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, data science, cybersecurity, or cloud computing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly.Ability to collaborate with faculty, industry partners, and academic administrators, and to contribute to departmental and institutional development activities.Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation requirements (e.g., AICTE, university norms) and readiness to support related documentation and processes.
