Assistant Professor for Computer Applications

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Professor role for BCA/MCA Pragrammes based in Nagpur. The assistant professor will deliver lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions in subjects related to computer applications, ensuring alignment with academic standards and institutional objectives. Responsibilities include designing and updating course materials, preparing lesson plans, evaluating student performance, and providing academic guidance and mentoring. The role also involves participating in curriculum development, engaging in scholarly activities or research, contributing to departmental meetings, and supporting institutional events and initiatives.QualificationsRelevant postgraduate degree (e.g., M.C.A M.Tech. in a related field); a doctoral degree or ongoing Ph.D. is an advantage.Proficiency in Programming (such as Java, C/C++, Python, or similar languages) and practical software development skills.Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and practices, with the ability to introduce learners to secure computing concepts.Strong classroom management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.Location: NagpurImmediate joining candidates will be preferred.
