The role involves teaching the respective stream’s subjects, conductingpractical sessions, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence and industry-oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Academic Delivery: Conduct practical training, demonstrations, and role-playsessions; prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and academic records; mentor studentsfor internships, placements, and career development. Organise industry visits, guest lectures,workshops, and academic events. Manage laboratory activities and hospitality simulationsParticipate in curriculum development, research, and institutional activities. Ensure effectiveclassroom management and student engagement

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or arelated field. Relevant teaching and/or industry experience. Strong communication, presentation,and interpersonal skills; sound knowledge of procedures and operations of the respective streamAbility to conduct practical training and student mentoring.
