The organization’s long-term vision is to advance future-skills education and contribute to national development through talent across India.Role Description The Assistant Professor FSD role at ImaginXP is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The role involves delivering engaging classroom sessions, labs, and workshops in future skills domains, assessing student performance, and providing regular academic feedback. The Assistant Professor will design and update course materials, support curriculum development aligned with industry needs, and contribute to academic planning and program improvement. Responsibilities include mentoring students on projects, guiding research or practical assignments, and collaborating with colleagues and industry partners to enhance learning outcomes. The role also entails participating in academic events, departmental meetings, and institutional initiatives to support ImaginXP’s educational mission.Qualifications Strong subject-matter expertise in Future Skills, Design, Technology, or Business, with the ability to teach at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.Demonstrated skills in curriculum design, lesson planning, and academic assessment aligned with industry requirements.Effective classroom management, student mentoring, and the ability to facilitate interactive, practice-oriented learning.Proficiency in using digital tools, learning management systems, and online resources to support teaching and student engagement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and inclusively.Master’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline (Design, Technology, Business, or related field); PhD or equivalent research experience is an advantage.Prior teaching or training experience in higher education or professional programs is preferred.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt to evolving academic needs, and contribute to institutional development initiatives.
