The role involves developing and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in bioinorganic chemistry and related areas, including lecture, laboratory, and seminar formats. The faculty member will establish and maintain a productive, externally funded research program at the interface of chemistry and biology, mentoring students in research projects and supervising theses. Responsibilities also include curriculum development, participation in departmental and university service, collaboration with colleagues across disciplines, and contribution to the broader academic and local community.
