The company is committed to transforming education by empowering students to succeed in today’s competitive, dynamic job market.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Assistant Professor / Lecturer in Hotel Management. The role involves designing and delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in core hotel management subjects, ensuring that course content is current, industry-relevant, and engaging. The faculty member will guide students in developing professional skills, supervise projects and internships, and support them in career readiness and industry placements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and assessments, evaluating student performance, providing academic mentoring, and contributing to curriculum enhancement and academic quality initiatives. The role also includes participating in departmental meetings, collaborating with colleagues on academic and industry partnerships, and engaging in research or scholarly activities relevant to hospitality and tourism.Qualifications Strong foundation in University Teaching and Curriculum Development, with the ability to design and deliver structured, outcome-based courses in hotel management.Knowledge of Organizational Behavior and Marketing as they apply to hospitality operations, customer service, and brand positioning.Research skills to contribute to academic projects, case studies, and industry-focused publications in hotel management or related fields.Master’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a closely related discipline; PhD or ongoing doctoral studies are an advantage.Relevant teaching or industry experience in hotels, resorts, food and beverage, front office, or hospitality operations.Excellent classroom management, communication, and presentation skills, with a student-centered teaching approach.Ability to collaborate with academic and industry partners and contribute to institutional initiatives and accreditation processes.Proficiency with educational technology, learning management systems, and basic productivity tools for teaching and assessment.
