The role focuses primarily on research and development activities rather than regular classroom teaching.ResponsibilitiesResearch & PublicationConduct high-quality research in Management and related interdisciplinary domains.Publish research papers in Scopus, ABDC, Web of Science, and other reputed indexed journals.Assist faculty members in preparing and publishing research manuscripts.Identify emerging research trends and opportunities in Management and allied fields.Maintain records of research publications, citations, and research impact metrics. Research Project DevelopmentPrepare and submit research proposals for funding agencies such as UGC, AICTE, ICSSR, DST, SERB, and other national/international bodies.Support faculty members in grant writing, project budgeting, and project management.Monitor ongoing research projects and ensure compliance with funding agency requirements.Innovation & DevelopmentFacilitate interdisciplinary research collaborations across departments.Promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry-oriented research initiatives.Assist in developing research frameworks, policies, and best practices.Support patent filing, copyright applications, and intellectual property-related activities.Research Capacity BuildingOrganize Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), workshops, seminars, conferences, and research training sessions.Mentor faculty and research scholars on research methodology, data analysis, and publication processes.Coordinate activities related to research rankings and accreditation requirements.Collaboration & NetworkingEstablish collaborations with industry, academic institutions, and research organizations.Develop MoUs and research partnerships to strengthen research outcomes.Facilitate international research collaborations and joint publications.Data Analysis & ReportingPrepare research performance reports and analytics dashboards.Track departmental research KPIs and publication targets.Maintain databases related to publications, funded projects, patents, and research activities.QualificationsPh.D. in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.NET qualification preferred where applicable as per UGC norms.Strong research profile with publications in reputed journals.Experience in research proposal writing and funded projects will be preferred.Required SkillsResearch MethodologyAcademic Writing & PublicationStatistical AnalysisProject Proposal DevelopmentData Analysis & InterpretationLiterature Review & Systematic ReviewPatent & Intellectual Property AwarenessAcademic Collaboration & NetworkingReport Writing & DocumentationExcellent Communication & Presentation SkillsPreferred SkillsTools & SoftwareSPSSAMOSSmartPLS / RStudioPython (Research Analytics)NVivo / ATLAS.tiMendeleyZoteroEndNoteTurnitinMicrosoft Excel (Advanced)Power BI / TableauScopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar Databases
