Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryAmity Global Business School, Amity University, Noida, is looking for a qualified and experienced Assistant Professor in Business Analytics to contribute to teaching, academic research, curriculum development, and student mentoring.

The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, practical analytical skills, and the ability to deliver industry-oriented management education.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, and related management subjects.Teach subjects such as Statistical Analysis, Predictive Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Decision Analytics.Guide students in academic projects, case studies, research assignments, and industry-oriented projects.Develop course materials, lesson plans, assessments, and teaching methodologies.Utilize analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel, as relevant to the curriculum.Conduct research, publish papers in reputed journals, and participate in academic conferences.Contribute to curriculum development, academic administration, and departmental activities.Support student mentoring, placement-related initiatives, and industry-academia collaborations.Eligibility CriteriaPh.D. in Business Analytics, Management, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or a relevant discipline, as applicable under UGC norms.Master's degree with at least 55% marks in a relevant discipline, subject to applicable UGC regulations.Strong knowledge of Business Analytics, statistical techniques, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.Relevant teaching experience in a higher education institution is preferred.Research publications and industry experience in analytics will be an added advantage.Preferred SkillsProficiency in analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.Ability to explain complex analytical concepts through practical examples and case studies.Strong research, problem-solving, and student engagement skills.Ability to integrate real-world business problems into classroom teaching.How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above criteria may share their updated CV along with details of their qualifications, teaching experience, research publications, and relevant industry exposure.Work Location: Amity Global Business School, Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
