The Assistant Professor will deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in clinical psychology, ensuring that teaching aligns with university standards and current professional practices. Responsibilities include designing and updating course curricula, supervising student projects and dissertations, mentoring students, and supporting their academic and professional development. The role requires active engagement in research, including publishing in peer-reviewed journals, participating in conferences, and contributing to research collaborations. The Assistant Professor will also take part in departmental meetings and committees, assist with accreditation and quality assurance processes, and support outreach or clinical training initiatives as needed.QualificationsStrong foundation in Psychology, with specialized knowledge and training in Clinical Psychology.Demonstrated experience in University Teaching and Teaching, including delivering lectures, seminars, and supervising students.Proficiency in Curriculum Development, including designing, reviewing, and updating academic programs and course materials.Proven ability to conduct and disseminate Research in clinical psychology or related areas, evidenced by publications or conference presentations.M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with RCI Registration.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to teach and mentor a diverse student body in an inclusive manner.Commitment to ethical practice, student-centered learning, and collaborative work within a multidisciplinary academic environment.Experience with counseling or clinical supervision, use of evidence-based practices, and familiarity with contemporary assessment and intervention tools is beneficial.
