The role involves delivering lectures and seminars in clinical psychology, supervising practical training, and mentoring students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The Assistant Professor will design and update course curricula, prepare teaching materials, and use appropriate assessment methods to evaluate student performance. Responsibilities include engaging in independent and collaborative research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and participating in conferences and academic events. The role also requires contributing to departmental activities, student counseling initiatives, and institutional development through committee work and community outreach.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in Psychology, with a focus on Clinical Psychology and applied practice.Candidates should possess skills in University Teaching and Teaching, including lecturing, mentoring, and student assessment.Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development, including designing and revising academic programs and course content.Candidates should possess Research skills, including study design, data analysis, and scholarly publication.PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field from a recognized institution.Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level, preferably in clinical or counseling psychology programs.Evidence of research output, such as publications, conference presentations, or funded projects.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment.Commitment to student-centered learning, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.
